Apparel Line Sourcing Strategy
Our product range includes tops, bottoms, and nightgowns. Our cotton will be produced in Mississippi and then sent to Hong Kong. The trimmings and fabrics will then be sent to Turkey to be produced. Lastly, they will be sent to the Port of Charleston to be distributed throughout the United States. Our sourcing schedule ranges began the design implementation stage in November and expect all products to be in store by July.

Technical Package and Tariff Schedule
We have our technical flats with front and back views for the technical package. As well as sizing information, suggested retail price, materials, trimmings, labels and hang tags, and labor costs. We also have our materials and trimming sheets. Each of our garments will be made from silk with a cotton lining. Our trimmings include feathers, drawstrings, and rhinestone buttons.

These schedules show the estimated time and dates from the beginning of production to the final arrival on the store floor for all of the products created for the store. This schedule should be followed and checked consistently to make sure everything is created and arrives on time
