I had the opportunity to be a social media and marketing intern at Rivera Marketing and Media Group. Rivera Marketing and Media Group is a branding, advertising, design, media, consulting, and social media agency located in New Jersey. Their internship program is remote. Throughout my internship, I got to engage in all aspects of social media and marketing. During my internship, I had the privilege of working alongside two prominent clients, Bohemian Bistro and Koeppel Hyundai. My role encompassed creating visually striking graphics and actively engaging with the clients' respective social media accounts. I made daily posts on the clients' pages. In weekly team intern meetings, I consistently offered valuable creative feedback on marketing materials. Additionally, crafting compelling captions for each post and brainstorming innovative ideas were integral components of my responsibilities. Perhaps the most rewarding aspect of this internship was collaborating directly with the company's founder on client projects, enhancing my understanding of industry dynamics and client expectations.
